Getting Ready for Easter!

A few days leading up to Easter Sunday our family participated in numerous fun filled Easter activities. We began with an Easter egg hunt at a fish hatchery where not only our daughter found all the eggs, she also enjoyed looking and feeding all the fish and turtles. She loved feeding the fish and watching them jump to the surface to grab the food. Then we met Gigi for lunch after a great day! The next day we went to the community center to visit the Easter bunny and partake in art activities. Our daughter made a flower sand art and then made her own cotton candy lip gloss with a touch of sparkle. After all these art activities, we want home and dyed our Easter eggs. We made traditional and marble eggs. This year, our daughter made her own eggs with her color choices even mixing colors together. We all had so much family fun preparing for our Easter celebration.
